Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19)\, your Vestry has decided that the official Parish’s Annual Meeting held on the  Monday after Easter be held this year by Zoom .   George\, as chair\, would convene the meeting from the church beginning at 12:00 noon. Normally\, we would convene on the front steps of the Church for the election and investiture of the Vestry as we have for 270 years. However\, Easter Monday is within the time that the Church facilities are closed to group gatherings.  While the number of persons able to attend at one time via Zoom is somewhat limited\, we believe that this method will allow us to convene as a body. Should you wish to participate or to nominate from the floor\, please contact the current Senior Warden\, Billy Badger .   As a reminder\, the slate this year is: Laura Robertson\, Laurie Montgomery\, Matt Gullette and Ashley Wright as Senior Warden.\n\n  \nAnnual Meeting Bulletin

SUMMARY:269th Annual Parish Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The 269th annual parish meeting and brunch is this Sunday\, January 27\, following the 11 AM service. There will be no 8:00 AM service this Sunday; we will celebrate Celtic Evening Prayer & Communion at 5:30 PM.\n\n\nThe Nursery will be open and staffed by our regular Nursery Caregivers for the Annual Meeting.\n\n\nOur very popular children’s table will be set up so that all the family will be able to be in the River Room for lunch.\n\n\nRandy Smith\, Lindsey Vanhook\, and Ashley Wright have been nominated to fill three open Vestry positions. Dennis Bell has been nominated as Junior Warden. Bios for Vestry Nominees are available here and at the Annual Meeting.  Catherine Boardman\, Charlie Enicks\, Leslie Lambert\, and John Robertson will conclude Vestry/Warden terms on Easter Monday.\n\n\nMinistry reports are available here and at the Annual Meeting.\n\nFinancial reports will be available at the Annual meeting.
