Strategic Planning Internal Goals

Internal Goal #1: We will establish youth programs and programming/relationship building for all age groups

Internal Goal #2: We will develop additional lay leaders

Internal Goal #3: We will increase funding for church programs and establish a year-round stewardship program focusing on all types of giving (planned, long-term, short-term)

Strategic Planning External Goals

External Goal #1: We will expand our presence in the downtown community to include residential young communities (post-college), businesses, schools, churches (Springfield Baptist Church), Downtown Cooperative Ministries, homeless people, and museums

External Goal #2: As we are able, we will update the website design to be more user friendly and designate a webmaster. In addition, we will improve all communications using the media and vehicles we currently have available.

External Goal #3: We will broaden the existing relationships with Hornsby Elementary and Middle Schools
